Hello! I’m Sonya, and I’m a shaman, psychic medium, advanced energy healer and grief/death doula.

Prior to my spiritual work, I spent 2 decades working in the corporate arena, supporting high-powered CEOs, writing strategies and developing tech products. Unfortunately, I became burned out and had to return to my roots in mindfulness and spirituality in order to create a sense of alignment in my life, purpose and passion.
