ABOUT ME:
I’m a Counsellor and Family Therapist with over 20 years experience working and teaching in Health and Community Services. I hold a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology/Sociology), Post Graduate Certificate in Counselling, Post Graduate Training in Family Therapy and Systems Theory and Certificate in Training, Assessment and Education. I also hold training certificates in Accelerated Trauma Recovery Mandalas, Group Facilitation, Suicide Prevention, Eating Disorders, Family Violence assessments and responding to children who have experienced Family Violence.
My working roles have included working with adolescents in the criminal Justice system. Working with families experiencing a range of issues, including family violence, mental health, substance abuse, relationship issues and children’s behavioural/developmental issues along with involvement in the Child Protection system. I have also facilitated training both in the workplace and TAFE sector.
I have spent many years developing my spiritual practice including training in reiki, meditation, goddess circles, mediumship circles, crystal healing and oracle/tarot card reading. I hold training qualifications in Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (Dolores Cannon) and Beyond Quantum Healing.
My background enables me to offer a holistic service that encourages an opportunity to explore various healing modalities in a customised approach to you, the client.
