DR. FREDI PROCHODA

Cheers! Most people know me by the name Dr. Fredi, and it seems I’m a bit of a unicorn – educated and trained in both western medicine and energy healing techniques.  I really enjoy blending my formal university education with alternative and energy healing modalities because this gives us a lot of options! 

Western Medicine – I am dually boarded and licensed in both family practice and psychiatry, and have 6 degrees. I know – that’s a lot, but they’ve all been so darn useful! This education and practice has helped me understand that everyone needs a “healing kit” that makes sense to them, and it’s never the same collection of practices in each kit! 

Energy Healing – I became certified as a Master Theta Healer in 2011, then went on to become certified as a Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT®) practitioner with Dolores Cannon in 2015. I then completed the Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH) course in person with Candace Craw-Goldman (what fun that was!) and obtained my certificate for this as well. 

Additionally, I became a certified life/spiritual coach in 2014 – mainly because as a doctor I learned how to tell people what to do, rather than ask the right questions to assist them in charting their own course. This was both fun and helpful! I am also a hands-on healer using the Bengston Energy Healing Method® which has been very rewarding.
