The Core Frequency is your ideal energy state in this lifetime. It is the combination of your unique eternal soul/spirit and your non-eternal body and 'incarnational personality'. The Core Frequency contains within it all your life purpose and the talents and abilities you have been gifted with in order to carry out that purpose. It also contains all of your authentic likes and dislikes. It is a secret road map to your highest self expression.  Unfortunately, life gives us challenges which obscure all of this. You develop issues, emotional reactivity, limiting beliefs, and insecurities that keep you from your fullest self expression and the fulfillment of your Purpose.My work is all about helping clients embody the Core Frequency and clear away the issues that are blocking your fullest self expression. I use various healing and transformational modalities to help you embody your Core Frequency with confidence.  I offer one on one counseling and energy healing sessions by phone or in person. I also have over 8 years' experience doing past life regression using Dolores Cannon's QHHT method with over 500 clients. I was trained at the highest level (Level 3) of this method, although I've chosen, for now, to be a level 2 practitioner in order to have the flexibility to bring my own creativity into this work.I have nearly 20 years experience helping clients in New York, California and around the world to clear out the doubts and insecurities as well as limiting beliefs that hold us all back. I have attracted the vast majority of my clients from creative professions such as acting, music, photography, writing and art but work with a wide variety of clients on every issue imaginable.
